This process is for you if you feel that something in your life no longer fits, but you don't know how to change it. If you are tired of repeating patterns, doubting yourself, holding on to relationships or decisions that drain you, and you want to start living with more clarity, confidence, and connection with yourself.
The accompaniment includes 4 one-on-one sessions per month and it is recommended to sustain it for 3 to 4 months to work through your patterns in depth, integrate practical tools, and start seeing real, sustainable changes in your life. Before starting, you have a free exploration session where we review what you are living, what you need to transform, and whether this process is the right space to accompany you.
Sessions are individual spaces of 60 to 75 minutes, by video call. In each meeting we explore what you are living, identify patterns, organize emotions, and define practical tools so you can integrate real changes into your daily life. It is a safe, honest, and non-judgmental space — you are not here to be corrected: you are here to listen to yourself, understand yourself, and choose yourself again with more clarity.
After the free session, we review together what came up during the conversation: what you are living, what you need to work on, and whether this accompaniment truly resonates with you. If we both feel it is the right space, I explain the process, we resolve doubts, and we define the best path to begin. No pressure. Just clarity.
